Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup milk (any type – dairy, almond, coconut, or oat milk)
  • Optional additions:
    • ½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup for sweetness
    • A dash of vanilla extract
    • Fresh fruitnuts, or cinnamon for topping

 Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients:
    In a small bowl or jar, combine chia seeds and milk. Add honey and vanilla if you’re using them.
  2. Stir Well:
    Stir the mixture thoroughly for about 30 seconds to prevent clumping.
    (Tip: A whisk or fork works best!)
  3. Wait & Stir Again:
    Let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes, then stir once more to ensure the seeds don’t settle at the bottom.
  4. Refrigerate:
    Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (overnight is ideal).
    The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and turn into a thick, pudding-like texture.
  5. Serve:
    Give it a final stir, top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or a drizzle of honey — and enjoy chilled!
